how do you do a register marriage. wat is the minimum cost of living in tamilnadu if we get married.

long story short: . Im in a mental health program that I was placed in the beginning of this year because of depression from family problems. Im 14. Im now in foster care and much more stable. My therapist are in the process of discharging me because i no longer need the help... though were unable to make a meeting because Children & youth ( who have to be there) has not called us make to make an appointment. Meanwhile my therapist or someone in the program is breaking confidentiality.. which could result me in getting hurt physically/emotially in the long run... & i didnt even threaten to hurt someone or myself. what can i do? Can i sign myself out? what would be the consequences of signing my self out. my foster mom will most likely take care of it.. but any exta knowlege or help will be useful! THANK YOU!.

Your Mother needs an attorney or a solicitor in the British Virgin Islands ASAP. Your Mother should not sign ANYTHING before she talks with one. Does she know the name of the attorney or solicitor who is handling the Probate in the BVI? It would probably be on the papers that her sister wants your Mother to sign. Please be aware that in the BVI the Executor (not executive) receives a payment, over and above their inheritance, for doing all of the work that the Executor has to do. Your Mother can make an arrangement with an Estate Attorney in the BVI to pay that attorney when the Probate is settled. Your Mom does not have to pay upfront. What your Mother chooses to do with her inheritance is her business, not her family's business.. As a side comment: What state does your Mother live in? Most states list an Inheritance as the "sole and separate" property of the heir or heiress. This is even true in California which is a Community Property state. As long as you Mother puts any inheritance into an account with her name on it only, then it is her money only. You Mother needs to open an account that hers and hers alone. If she puts that money into a joint account for even one day, then the inheritance money becomes money that must be divided in a divorce.. Do something wonderful for your Mother. Get your siblings together and buy her a ticket to go to the BVI so that she can see to her inheritance without the "help" of her siblings.
