So I'm going to school majoring in Accounting and minoring in finance.. . So lets say after I graduate, I go to work for an accounting/investment company, such as Charles Schwab or something, which has a large traffic of investors consulting with them.. . So I probably wouldn't have to wait long until a client comes in with, say, a 2 million dollar inheritance and no knowledge on how to invest it. So I explain to him what power of attorney is, and convince him that it is in his best interest to grant me POA for investment purposes.. . Then I take all his money and move to a paradise somewhere in the Caribbean where that money goes about 5x further than in the USA and then I can retire in luxury by the time I hit 25.. . 1. Since he KNOWINGLY and WILLINGLY gave me power of attorney on his own free will with the full knowledge that I have unchecked access to his money, would that be a crime?. . 2. If yes, would it matter since I'd be out of the country? District Attorneys rarely seek international extradition unless it's a murder, correct? (I know they CAN, but rarely DO). . Hypothetically of course..

Obituary -- a death notice that is more detailed than the classified ad type of death notice.. How to write one? Here's the template I used when I was writing for a daily paper:. . 1. dead person's full name. 2. when they died and how (uless it's a suicide then, just say "died suddenly.". 3. where they lived -- not address, just area.. 4. what work they did.. 5. special interests, hobbies, activities.. 6. where the body is, viewing hours.. 7. when and where funeral will be.. 8. where internment will be.. . Hope this helps.

-) I'm using 2007 so things might be in different places if you're using something else.. . Click on the Office Button... the big button with the colorful scrolly things on it. Click on "New". In the window that opens click on Brochures and Booklets in the left margin. If you haven't updated Word, you might only have "Brochure" so click on it. You'll probably get a message about having the old list, etc. etc. I did, too. Notice how the three choices you now have - Brochures, Catalogs and Programs - don't include "Booklets". OK, it's Microsoft

As mentioned, some institutions may require legal documentation of your name change. In most states, it is a rather simple process to change your name through the court system. Most state government websites have forms online that you can print and use. The questions on the forms are very straightforward, and may include your old name, new name, social security number, reason for your name change, and a promise that you are not changing you name to escape debt or criminal liability.

im not from mich, but i would go to the local dmv, or find the dmv website, they should have a q&a section with things like names changes, etc. a copy of your divorce decree should be sufficient to change your name on your licence, cards etc. once youve got your licence with a name change, and your divorce papers, you can send for a new ss card. Also, you can go to the sites for the various govt agencies, im sure theyve got answers for you. i would bring your birth certificate too, with your maiden name on it.
