If there's no answer oh well but, I just wanted to know why the health care was free? Im writing a small report on Canada and Vancouver and, my teacher wants us to answer that question, I can't find anything on it..

How do I kinda change my name?

Boy did I get this one wrong. I have always hated the EU and I loathe the labour party, who are good at spending everyone else's money and loading the country up with debt when they are in power.. However, I am beginning to feel I would rather have the Labour party in power than the Tories. And I am beginning to feel that we need the EU to protect us (we the people) from governments like the Tories. From what I have seen, the Tories have gone all out to save money and reduce the deficit by slashing services and legal protection aimed at protecting the 99% of us, while the truly wealthy as usual are being protected from all aspects of this recession. half the stuff that the tories are doing are not even in their manifesto, hence I struggle to understand how they have a mandate. I know that the deficit needs to be reduced, but they are cutting the wrong things. We are going to end up going back to Victorian times.. . I don't like the EU, but I shudder to think how many rights we would be stripped of by this government if parliament were not subject to EU law.. Also for those of you who vote, next time vote for anyone but the big three parties. All three of them are actually enemies of the people as far as I am concerned.. I don't want the EU - never have, but they seem to be all that stand between the nasty party and us ! If it were not for the EU, the Tories would strip us of all of our rights. What do you think?. I hear what people are saying about the EU. Yes it is undemocratic, unconstitutional etc etc and I personally dislike the EU and would be glad to be rid of the EU. However, the one redeeming point of the EU is the fact that they act (unintentionally) as a restraint on the Tories. The real problem is, neither the EU or British parliament is at all democratic any more. We urgently need reform of the government system in the UK. To Josh, being allowed to vote once every five years does not in my opinion constitute parliament being answerable to the people. As for that bitch who calls herself a queen - by signing the last five EU treaties she is by law a traitor to Britain as she has broken her coronation oath with each signature. I think the solution ultimately would be to leave the EU and to ensure that politicians are bound by law to their manifesto, otherwise I can see a revolution brewing..

I cannot find a free form for petition of name change and an order file form, for my county. Has anyone ever done this themselves and was it easy? Who do I notify once my name is changed ? Would it temporarily mess up my medical card or health insurance. I am my brother's guardian, would that mess up his social security check or my guardianship ? Thanks, for any help ( :.
