lawyer Nicolson, Carson Reviews

I have been left in charge of writing up a letter for our business and im in extreme need of help. Writing was most definitely my worst subject in school especially anything that I had to create myself. I really really do not want to disappoint my superiors so im hoping I can get some help from anyone. Basically our company is having a change that our clients are now going to be assigned a new Account Executive for their account and I need to write a general letter stating so.. I am really hoping to get some suggestions... please!! =).

Writing a good cover letter?

Let your ship be the example that others look to and may the care of this ship not be a chore to you, but a labor of your love.". . Etc, on to the part where we swear to be with each other til one of us is lost to the Davy Jones Locker and all that good stuff.. . Maybe you have a friend who's a good writer, you could ask them to help you!

anyone out there have know any information on name changes in texas?

Laws will vary with your location. You do need some kind of documentation like the letter though, and hopefully his response. If he was totally innocent, he'd write back something like: what the heck are you talking about, you never sold me anything, I don't even know who you are.. . Anyway, it's probably a small claims court thing. But then even if you get a judgment, it's going to be another phase for you to collect on it, perhaps by needing to garnish his wages.

(for future reference, never a great plan to use the same solicitor as the estate agent, the estate agent SHOULD be working for the vendor, YOUR solicitor should be working for you. Do you see a conflict?). . Mark
