You need to retain an attorney who specializes in elder law. Your state's bar association can give you a list of those in your area. Your attorney will have to go into court and get a hearing before a judge. Ideally, you'll be asking the court to appoint a temporary guardian to assume control over all your aunt's affairs until the court can sort out whether or not your aunt is being looted of her assets.. . There's no "free" way to do this.

Generally not, but there are exceptions. There is a doctrine called the "parol evidence rule" holding that an integrated written contract may not be varied orally. However, there are exceptions. First, if the contract is not "integrated," evidence of oral modifications or related agreements may be admitted. An "integrated" contract is one that purports to be a complete expression of the parties' agreement on the subject matter. The court must look at the contract to determine whether the contract is integrated. Formal contracts often contain a so-called "integration clause" specifically stating that the written contract is a complete expression of the parties' agreement and cannot be modified orally. Second, even if the contract is "integrated" oral agreements outside the subject matter of the contract may be enforceable. Third, if the contract is ambiguous, oral evidence may be used to interpret the ambiguity.
