Litigation

no. power of attorney is something that has to happen before a person becomes incompetent to manage his own affairs.. . He died without a will, the state is now the executor of his estate. It is now your job to apply to the executor as his next of kin and claim your share of the estate--which could mean you wind up with bills as your inheritance if all of his funds were gone or used up paying his debtors.. . if you don't know how to go about this, then hire an attorney. And don't die without a will so that you don't create a big mess for your beneficiaries.

PS Here's a web site on the subject.. Good luck

I teach kindergarten and here we begin to teach the correct forming of the letters. First grade teachers pick up where we leave off and finish teaching them how to form them. By second grade though, your child should be forming her letters correctly. Try getting her some writing workbooks.
