Trying to create a template in Word 2003 with automatic invoice numbering. Please HELP.?

No, after a person wins, and the auction's ended, they've won the item. But if they don't pay in your stated timeframe, then you may Relist item, or offer it to the next highest bidder, losing some money though (as far as you thinking it's a fraudulent account, then write them or send the invoice and write them or send the invoice AGAIN and if you get no response, you can after what, 7 days after auction-end, file a NPB report and block that buyer from your future auctions (goto "site map" for the hyperlink)....

when it says send CV/written application does that mean CV and covering letter?

As agents, we CANNOT answer or give LEGAL advice when it pertains to the law. I would most definately contact a Real Estate Attorney, and ask this question too. I personally feel that this didn't just pop up last month, if they are discussing the possiblity of closing the pool then there is a reason, and has probably been in the works for several months. Contact the seller's agent and ask if they were aware of this, and then contact an attorney. You may find an attorney on here, but make sure they know the law according to YOUR state that you reside in. I would think that there is a recoarse that you would have, but then again, I have personally experienced situations where I could not believe that the association was allowed to get away with what I thought was clear robbery! CALL A RE ATTORNEY!!. Good luck, and keep me posted please! I would be really upset myself if this was happening to me.

I applied for a short term job which was on a three month period. The employer told me that I could work for him and that I would get a wage. He said he wasn't sure when I would start but it would be in the next few weeks. After exchanging some more emails telling me he just needed to finish a project, he replied back after a month saying that he could no longer give me the job. Has a contract been formed?.

...traning) and Green Card EB2. I can see that there few online universities, but are the master degree treated at par with any other university full time degree, will it qualify for OPT and will it help a person on H1B degree in USA to file his GC in EB2 category (this category is for folks who complete their masters degree in USA).. In all manner what would be difference between the degree earned online andcan that earned by attending fulltime classes.. can you suggest some good universities, I can go for MBA (Systems) or MS in Information Technology, what are the rank# 1 online university in USA, what are the associated fees (approx).
