Bonuses of Public Company?

Thanks in advance!.

So I was born with my Mothers name (Barr) then my Dad comes back into my life and changes it to (Davison) Now he's gone I want to change it back to (Barr) I don't want to just be called as "Barr" because I already do by friends. But I just want to be known as "Barr" On my Passport and everything else which will come in the future (IE: Drivers license). . How would I go about doing this? Will I have to phone someone up or just go to a place and that same day have my Surname "Barr"? Also is it even possible for me to change my Surname?.

1. Presentation. Use beautiful stationery (a neutral, soft color, such as cream or white) and a flair pen with black or brown ink--no blues, greens or reds! Remember, your Love Letter is being written to someone special. Hand-written letters are best. This is personal--you are not writing a business letter!. . 2. Ambience. Go to a secluded place and put on soft, romantic music. A quiet room would be nice. Dim the lights. Stimulate a romantic mood.. . 3. Keepsake. Date your Love Letter (month, day, year). This is a letter that will be treasured and remembered. You can bet that it will be read over and over and safeguarded in a special place.. . 4. Greeting. Choose an endearing salutation. Don't be formal. Use you love's first name. For example: "My dearest Jennifer

IDEALLY SHE SHOULD SEE AN ATTORNEY. THEIR MAY BE OTHER CONSIDERATIONS OTHER THAN A GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY. SHE WOULD ALSO NEED A DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR HEALTH CARE MATTERS. SHE ALSO MAY WANT TO SET UP A TRUST FOR EASY TRANSITION OF ASSETS UPON HIS DEATH. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT SHOULD NONE OF THIS SHOULD BE LEFT TO YOU OR HER DOING IT YOURSELVES. YOU WOULD WANT TO TALK WITH A FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY WHO DOES ELDER CARE.. . I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS NUMEROUS TIMES IN VARIOUS STATES. MY SUGGESTION IS THE EASIEST AND SAFEST WAY IS AN ATTORNEY. IT MAY COST A FEW DOLLARS. HOWEVER, IN THE END IT CAN SAVE GRIEF AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.

What's a good way to set up an estate for someone planning a suicide? Who would you allocate your assets to? Would you set up charitable contributions or a scholarship fund?.
