  • Fortson, Bentley & Griffin, P.A. was formed in June, 1946, by T. H. Milner, Jr. and Robert G. Stephens, Jr. following their return to civilian life from military service. Milner and Stephens, as it was then known, was first located in the Tillman Building on College Avenue in downtown Athens.

    ?

    ?

In 1955, Edwin B. Fortson and John E. "Buck" Griffin, each of whom had been practicing individually, joined the firm and it became known as Stephens, Fortson, Bentley and Griffin. Mr. Stephens was elected to the United States Congress in 1960, and the firm name was shortened to Fortson, Bentley and Griffin.?Fortson, Bentley & Griffin continued to grow and expand and in 1983 the firm moved to a newly constructed office building on the southeast corner of College Avenue and Dougherty Street where it remained until relocating to its present home in August of 2006.

How can a Paralegal Specialize in Real Estate or Probate Law?

It doesn't matter where the newspaper is from as long as is a real newspaper. Thanks :).

I am not rich but i am willing to pay for joomla templates, but i am not sure if i am going to stay in joomla so i hope they give me in html/php/css design code, so if i leave joomla i still have it.. Now i want to buy a joomla hosting template, that once i buy it, no one else can have it. (its actually remove from the list).. So in conclusion if you guys could give me a link for a joomla hosting template and that the template i buy gives me the html/css/psd/php source, so if i don't use joomla i can still use it..

Many people own property jointly as husband and wife. In such a situation, most assets pass to the surviving spouse by operation of law upon the death of the first spouse. In all probability, he may not have had a probate estate.. . Also, consider that if he was in a nursing home, his care would have been quite expensive. I would not be surprised if it cost more than $100,000 a year.. . Now, your question is how to start. I agree with "winzip" -- find out what county he lived in and either hire an attorney to check records in the Register of Wills office to see if there actually was an estate administration. Even if he died in Texas, you should start with the county of his regular residence before going to the county where he died. You would be interested in seeing a copy of the will and an estate inventory, as well as any accounting or inheritance tax returns that may indicate whether his estate had to pay for a lot of un-reimbursed medical or nursing home expenses. If you want to do some of the work yourself, you could telephone the Register of Wills office to determine if there actually was an estate administration. If so, they may help you look at the estate documents, and they could provide you with copies at a nominal expense.

I would Google "consultant proposal template."

cause i need to make an order form to my frinds company and i dont know how to make it ..
