  • We Measure Success through Positive Impact

Leisawitz Heller is a medium-sized law firm located in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Since 1957, we’ve represented hundreds of clients in Berks County and throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. Our 15 attorneys, 9 paralegals and 11 administrative staff handle a wide variety of legal matters, from Personal Injury to Bankruptcy or Elder Law, yet each attorney concentrates his or her practice to only a few areas. Thus, each of our attorneys develops the depth of experience needed to become a leader in his or her practice areas.

At Leisawitz Heller, we know that when you need to seek legal council, you expect approachable lawyers and superior service. But what makes a lawyer great is not simply a mastery of the law. That’s a given. Great lawyers take ownership of their clients’ problems and do what’s necessary to solve them. They measure their success with the positive impact they have made on their clients’ lives, not in the size of the recoveries they win or the number of hours they bill.

That’s exactly what we do with each new client we welcome to our law firm. We have an obligation to serve the best interests of our clients and ensure their legal matters are handled properly. So if you’re looking for insightful lawyers with compassion and experience, feel free to contact us. We look forward to earning your confidence.

Probably not unless you contribute financially to house payments, upkeep, improvements, taxes, etc. However, this is really a question of state law that varies from state to state. Contact a divorce attorney in the state in which you live.

Immigration rules uk?

I am graduating in december and just got my first job offer from a company. How long do i have to respond to the job offer before they would retract it. I only ask because i want to go to the career fair at my school and see if i get any other offers that would be better (pry will not find anything better but you never know unless you try). Would it be bad to tell the company with the job offer i would like some time to go to the career fair or would they take that as i would rather not work there but will if its the only option. I just want to see what other options i might have before i make a final decision.
