If you think your parent is - or is becoming - incompetent to handle their own affairs then what you need is NOT a POA, it is a court order declaring him incompetent, and appointing either yourself or your sibling, or both, as guardians or conservators (whichever term your State uses). . how to write bussiness inquiries letter asking bussiness quatations and commissions?

I've been homeschooled ALL my life. My older sister had a bad experience, was pulled out, and by time I was born, no public/private school for me. I now (and ever since middle school) go to a once a week class (they give you homework which you do over the week, then bring it back when we meet next, it's extremely simalir to real school) and a college prep. class that works in the same fashion. My public school friends agree, the work is equal, and the teachers aren't super slack (nice, but they don't excuse everything) and I still get good grades. (I think my lowest grade is an 82) There are programs in which, when you finish highschool, will provide you with a transcript of your grades so that you can go to college.. . However, I want to study abroad in Japan in the 2013-2014 school year. How can I get a transcript when I'm not even half-way through high school? I HAVE to have one to be able to go. Not to mention, I'll (may) need one to get a working permit so I can raise the money to go. Also, I started a year early, will I be set back a year? I'd like to be just so the blend of a new language AND new info won't get to me. Just the same info, new terms, and new language... sounds challenging enough. Please help > _ < I don't know what to do but I don't want my one and only dream to be shattered..
