I seen something on TV, where there was writing on the pages of the Kuran. ( By pages, I mean not the front or back cover, but the top, bottom and sides of the book). The writing looked similar to the numbers 666. I only caught a glimpse.. Are there arabic numerals that looks similar to the number 6? . Is there some specific type of writing on the pages of the Kuran, or is it just what somebody writes on it, like people do when they mark their name on the pages?.

A durable power of attorney is a form of agency. The person who gives the power is the principal, and the person who receives the power is the "attorney-in-fact" or "agent". "Durable" in this context means that the agent`s power will survive the principal`s incapacity or disability. As a result, a Durable Power of Attorney can be used as an alternative to guardianship in some states under certain circumstances, provided the principal executed the document before losing capacity. There are two types of Durable Power of Attorney: Financial Durable Power of Attorney and Health care Power of Attorney.. . When a person becomes incapacitated, the government or the court often steps in and appoints someone to represent and make legal decisions that the person would have to take. One of the ways to avoid government or court intervention, and the appointment of a stranger to act as your guardian, is to use a Power of Attorney. A Power of Attorney is a written document stating that one person gives to another the full power and authority to represent him or her.

You need to talk to your county clerk's office. Start there. They'll tell you what you need to do. I don't know about VA, but in IL where I live it costs a couple hundred dollars. I'm not sure about the issue of being a minor -- you might have to wait until you're 18 or have your parents' consent. I really don't know about that. Also, saying "I don't like my given name" is a valid reason for wanting it changed, especially if you are a minor so obviously you're not trying to hide from debts or law enforcement.. . You file the form with the court, you run a notice in the local newspaper for four weeks, then you appear in front of the judge so that he/she can ask you some questions about why you want your name changed, and then you pay the fee. You get a court document showing proof of name change. That's how it works here, and it's probably similar where you live.

I have durable general power of attorney & conservator for my mother in law, she was released from a facility in sf on 8/11/09 when i arrived to sign documents they were already signed by my sister in law who is mentally ill. They also allowed her to sign for all her medications which were narcotics. The day she was admitted i presented the social worker with notarized legal documents also informing them that should her medical condition change that they inform me immediately they called her grandson. I need some help is this common practice or is there something i should do? Thanks.
