The Hindu Marriage Act,1955 or for that reason no other Matrimonial enactment in India provides that after the marriage the woman has to change or not to change her first or last name as the case may be. The legislature no were provided for this change of name or no change of name after the marriage for the Indian women. This is a custom or usage being practiced for centuries in India & it is the Indian culture where the women of her own accord or being part of the society changes her first or last name in consultancy with her husband & other in laws. Law of the country no where ask them to change or not to change their name. If you want to check where in the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 there exist in any section, line, para with regard to change of name for married Hindu woman, then sorry you will not find it there, the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 no were provide for such provisions. If the married woman doesn?t want to change her name no one can force her to do so it?s entirely her free will to do it or not to do it.

Plus it says on the form to give 2 home address i am staying at a mates house. I don't know anyone in America to get a second home address.

Forms are probably the easiest part of HTML.. Using a "service" to build your forms is ludicrous (free or not!). Learn to make forms at w3schools for God sake!

Dear Mr Farrukh ... Yours sincerely . Dear Mrs Ali ... Yours sincerely . Dear Miss Sobia ... Yours sincerely . Dear Ms Mehreen ... Yours sincerely

"I am in a bit of a tricky situation with my landlord. When I signed the lease a year ago, the current landlord that was in charge never gave me an inventory/conditions checklist of the property.". . It does not appear that your landlord is required by law to give you an inventory/conditions checklist of the property before you moved in. In such a case there would have been nothing stopping you from preparing your own and providing a copy to your landlord. Your own list could have made notations of the damages you saw and could have been corroborated by a witness [friend] or with pictures. You could even have requested the landlord do a walk through with you. Obviously having not done this leaves you in, as you say a tricky situation.. . "Can my landlord hold me liable for any damages without having the inventory/conditions checklist? ". Yes, she can. This comes down to a case of you proving to a judge that the damage was already there when you moved in. A judge would ask, "What is your evidence?" You have none. Your only defence is that you were not given some sort of of conditions check-list and I've addressed that issue. What would have been the reasonable thing for you to have done regarding any damages you noticed before moving in? That is self-explanatory..
