  • Good people, great lawyers.

That's the reputation Nash Law Group enjoys in the heart of Wisconsin. We are a close-knit group of attorneys founded by Ray Graves and Samuel Casey in the early 1940s. Sam Casey went on to lead Nekoosa-Edwards Paper Co. The general practice firm they created grew to five practicing lawyers, two locations, and an unbreakable bond with the people and businesses of central Wisconsin.

Our five lawyers work as a team to handle just about every legal issue: from facilitating adoptions to conducting complex commercial litigation. We work in business and corporate law and appeals, and in such general practice areas as divorce, personal injury, criminal defense, estate planning and bankruptcy. In every legal area we engage in, we provide sensible solutions to fit individual client needs. We strive to be ethical, aggressive and effective in all that we do.

For over 75 years, Nash Law Group has been central Wisconsin's law firm of choice. In addition to legal work, our attorneys make a point to be involved in our community. Our attorneys are active in the YMCA, Boys and Girls Clubs, Habitat for Humanity, United Way, and other local church and service organizations.

In addition to our original Wisconsin Rapids location, we also have legal offices in Marshfield, serving the public with both general practice and more focused legal areas. With over 125 years of combined experience and thousands of satisfied clients, you can count on our attorneys' proven record of success.

We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.

You need to contact your local planning department and they will give you details of what consent is required.. Just as a matter of interest, is your property leasehold or freehold? About 10 years ago we bought the freehold to our property. About 2 years ago a new company took over the ground rents for the other properties on our estates and contacted our neighbours. They offered them the chance to buy the freehold and clearly pointed out that any permanent structures that had not agreed with the landowner would have to be removed. So everyone who had a conservatory ended up having to buy the freehold at ?1700 in order to keep their conservatory! They did look into taking action against the landowners but were told that the landowners had the legal right to do this. So just be careful if it's leasehold.
