  Joe grew up in rural northwestern Iowa in a small farming community, the oldest of four children.? After graduating from college, he married his college sweetheart and moved to North Carolina before attending law school in Virginia and finally returning to the Triad to establish his roots and to begin his life-long dream of practicing law.

  Married and the proud parent of three active children, Joe is an active member of Generations Church in Lewisville, and when he's not playing "superheroes" with his boys or dolls with his daughter, he enjoys sharing his cooking with his family, hunting, and he always has a home improvement project to work on.

Well, all wills are finalized by an attourney. I'd go to the court house, and try to find the attourney that your grandmother went to. Or talk to you other family members. Then talk to the attorney about her will. But, if they haven't contacted you by now, then you may not have inhereited anything. They have to contact you directly. If you don't have a phone, then they will get your address and show up to your house, or send you a letter. They do whatever they have to, to get ahold of you.. . You could always get one of your family members that still talk to your mother to find out if you did or not. It's sneaky, but if it works....

my mom is of sound mind, but as she is 80 and only went through 3rd grade doesn't understand any modern medical language/procedures. dad is 86 and almost senile, but has legal POA due to mom is legally blind. I gave up my job to move in with them and be here for them fulltime. I only need medical poa to be able to legally sign and help her make medical decisions. only the "durable" poa allows me to sign and make decsions when she is conscious. since i have no independent income i'm living off their social security income i can't pay for one off the internet. help!. tried office depot, no medical poa forms. we don't have an office max.. tried local hosp, o medical poa forms there either. what/where else?.
