Do anyone know where I can find a good example of a LOI (letter of intent/interest) for potential investors? I really need to learn how to write one. No this is not for a school assignment. I need a good visual of how the letter should be written and formatted.. . Thanks in advance for your help..

free legal advice for someone?

I can't speak about Michigan but in Virginia and New York the Departments of Motor Vehicles are highly automated and fairly efficient agencies. I can handle all my business with DMV online, no waiting, no fuss.. . If a public health care system is administrated by the states I would expect that some states like South Carolina, Mississippi, and Oklahoma would probably offer very poor service. Other states such as Virginia, Massachusetts, and North Carolina would probably offer far better service because those state governments are far better managed.

It therefore depends on the contract she has whether or not this is a fair dismissal and an apprenticeship contract is more common especially if the contract has been in place for a while or there have been previous apprentices who have 'graduated' as most employers simply reuse an old template.. . Either way your job should not be affected.. . Hope this helps
