    Passport name change?

I live in Queens NY and I was wondering where is the nearest court to have my name changed. I'm 16..

who actually puts the charged off account status on your credit report?

i am 15 years old and i've recently applied for work experience for an advertising company and they sent me an email saying they might be able to find me a place at account managining and they asked me to send my cv and a cover letter . what am i supposed to write?.

For example, you go into to file for Social Security disability and the only ID you have is in a different name. So you are going to have to produce even more paperwork to show you are the same person.. . You need to pick a name and stick with it. If you changed it on the SS Card then you need to change it back or go change all the other stuff to that new name.

Ok I was looking at some commercial real estate in Michigan. However, I am concerned about something. My attorney didn't seem t know the answer. If we put an offer on a property with a contingency on passing a Phase 1 Environmental Assessment, and found out the property does have some issues and buy it anyways, am I responsible for cleanup of the property? Does the bank have to clean it up first before selling? The bank purchased the property at a Sheriffs Sale. . One minute my attorney is telling me that doing the phase 1 makes us not liable if we buy it, the next he is saying he dont know, back peddling on the issue. From my understanding from several sources is a phase 1 does not include a soil sample. My attorney is telling me it does include a soil sample. . So I am at a loss here what to believe.. Also, who is normally expected to pay for this test? The bank that is selling the property, the real estate company, or the buyer? It seems out of place to to be placing a offer on a property and then spending $2500 on a Phase 1 and to find out the property is contaminated, or requires a phase 2 test at more cost that I dont own. I could realistically check on 10 property's all coming back with unfavorable results and that's $25000 out the door. Is my attorney telling me wrong information?. I'm so confused and frustrated right now..
