    Bankruptcy

Our bankruptcy practice revolves around helping clients to eliminate debts and reestablish financial independence through either Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy. We understand that debt is easy to fall into, and can be difficult to get out of, especially in the present economic climate. We have been successful in stopping garnishments, ending creditor harassment, removing second or third mortgages, saving homes from foreclosure, and giving people the peace of mind and fresh start that the bankruptcy code was created to provide.

Family Law - Adoption, Divorce, Custody, Family Support

Our family law practice deals primarily with resolving family conflicts through litigation, negotiation or mediation. We assist our clients in divorce, both simple uncontested matters and complex cases involving the division of complicated assets. We also assist our clients in reaching the child custody, child support and relocation solutions they need, as well as dealing with alimony questions and protective orders stemming from domestic abuse.

If your circumstances change, we can help you to modify a custody order or a court order for child support or spousal support. Conversely, if you seek to enforce the terms of such an order -- for instance, if a former spouse is failing to pay required support -- we advocate strongly for your interests in negotiations or in court.

Colorado Legal Solutions, also uses its knowledge of bankruptcy and family law to help clients before, during or after divorce. Depending on your situation, and your type and degree of marital debt, an appropriately targeted bankruptcy filing can erase potentially crippling debts while leaving you in a better position to move on with life after a divorce.

    Estate Planning

No life plan is complete without an estate plan. Regardless of your stage in life, we can help you craft a will, trust, power of attorney or other planning document to protect your assets and your wishes, both during your life and after. It's never the wrong time to plan for your future.

I don't think you are being a hypocrite,at all. I'm thinking about changing my surname as well. The adults in my family are from Africa so I have an African surname. I like it but I don't think many people would be able to pronounce it when I'm in the job force. I know my dad probably wouldn't like it much, but I am thinking about changing it for my future. I think you should do what you believe is better for you. However think about why you want to change it and who it would it affect.

San Diego Real Estate?

What is an irrevocable trust and why would someone choose to use this kind of trust instead of another?

Believe me, attorneys take it VERY seriously when there is a fee dispute and the state bar gets involved. In fact, most attorneys are more than happy to sit down and discuss the issue with you and try to work it out. After all, if you aren't happy with them, that only increases the chance that they can kiss goodbye any repeat or referral business, not to mention that no attorney wants to get sued by a former client.. . So get a copy of your retainer agreement and give your attorney a call to discuss the charges.

yep, for sure. There is a tool box with a whole set of web specific controls
