How would you lower Health Care costs?

I think I am eligible to apply for maternity allowance. . I am currently in my probation period and I intend to leave my job before my probation period is over. I highly doubt that I am going to get maternity leave but I need my employer to complete an SMP1 form. . Im about 21 weeks and I want to leave in about 3 weeks time when I will be 24 weeks, I have accrued two weeks holiday. 29th july is when i am 15 weeks before my due date. . Am i supposed to write a letter asking them to give me maternity leave first and then they give me the SMP1form back refusing it which I then submit with my application for maternity allowance?Or do i just give them my Matb1 form and then hand in my notice ?. . Any advice or letter template greatly appreciated.. . thanks.

in cluding signing all the documents required.

Criminal charges are brought by the police and prosecutor.. . Civil charges are brought by a civil attorney for whatever action is needed.. . I can't think of a situation that would give someone cause as power of attorney to bring any sort of charge, whatsoever. The only thing I can think of that you're talking about is a deployed soldier, who has put you in charge and you've discovered that someone has harmed his estate somehow and you're proceeding against them. Then YES, if you've been delegated the power of attorney to protect the estate in his absence, you can HIRE AN ATTORNEY to sue or contact the police/DA to press charges if its criminal.

My son is the only name on the house we all live in. If he passed away, how could it be passed on to his mom (for example) so that the house doesnt go back to the original seller?. The "Land Contract" in the question listing refers to a land contract.....thus we didn't go thru a financial institute.....my son simply took over the loan the buyers had gone thru when they bought the house..
