After looking all this over I know Id want my company to pay homage to either 1930s bootlegger rings or one of the terrorist organizations from James Bond like Smersh or Spectre. . Either that or something totally sci fi because that hasnt really been done. Something Asimov (I Robot) or Heinlein (Starship Troopers, Stranger in a Strange Land)

are telling me that I owe several amounts, one is over $18K, $16K, or $6K but the original loan wasn?t more then $12K (on a used, 93 Ford Explorer) he did make payments, they sold the car for $8K so with interest sure it might be over $18K but can he collect interest on old interest that wasn't his interest? Also I don?t have any of the paper work, I don?t have the original loan doc's with my signature, the bill of sale or any payment history, if I'm going to be buying this loan out I want that info but this company refuses to give it to me and the original loan co. won?t either. They won?t mail me anything only email or fax and I don?t want them to have this information. And there telling me that if they send it to me I will owe the most due on the loan. I asked if they would overnight anything they refuse and have hung up on me several times because I can?t give then at least $4k by today. I talked to an Attorney he said they can attach my wages but I will go to court. I feel it?s cheaper to pay $500 for court then $18K when I don?t think that much is owed. I'm very confused. I don?t know what?s going to happen to me. The car was reposed in 2007 and the original loan was made in 2003. When does the statute of 3yrs start? Can they just attach my wages with out taking me to court first? Will I be liable to pay the entire amount of the loan even though there were several payments made, won?t I just have to pay the balance and maybe negotiate some of that? Don?t they just want some money instead of no money? Please help..

i want to get my real estate license in texas but dont know what school to go to...i talked to my friend and he said that for real estate i really doesnt matter how you get your license online or take a class....that company's dont really care....is that true when it comes to real estate?. . oh and if i do take the class online how does that wk? is it at my own pace, so if it will take me 2 mnths instead of one mnth that would be ok? i dont get how online classes wk....
