lawyer James Epperson - Weddington, NC Reviews

How would I find out IF a person had power of attorney or not? I searched at the courthouse but it is not recorded there. I suspect if power of attorney was obtained, it was illegal. The person who relinquished power of attorney, is illiterate. She could not read OR understand what she was signing.. WHO would have to show it to me? I can't ask the person who I suspect. I want to bring charges against her/him..

I would say start with the standard release, then modify it for your conditions. You probably want to include that "defamatory, humiliating or libelous uses are specifically prohibited". Perhaps "modifications for use in images containing nudity or other offensive materiel are prohibited". . You can write anything in to the release that you and the photographer agree to as long as it is legal, but in requiring the photographer to get separate permission from you to use an image, it in effect is not a release anymore. You may have trouble getting a serious photographer to agree to that. A beginner might, but using a beginner is less likely to get you good photos, and more likely for you to have the kind of problems you are trying to avoid.

I'm recently divorced and will be changing the home phone and internet into my name. Our cell phones are also billed on the same bill. (Home phone and internet is AT&T. Cell phones are Cingular) My ex-husband signed up for a 2 year contract last August and I don't want to continue it. My question is are they going to try and charge me for early cancellation even though it is in my ex-husband's name? I really only want a home phone and internet connection, but do not want to take a chance on getting charged for something my husband purchased. I will be calling the phone company within the next two days, but would like to know if anyone knows my rights regarding the billing. Any help is greatly appreciated!!.

you can look at the professor. At work, I can't imagine sending out a handwritten memo to 50 people. How would I get it to them? Scan it and put it into email? ooookay, that would make the whole office's day to download that attachment. Even if I were writing a personal letter, I'd probably type it. It allows me to edit and improve on the letter. The drafting processes is much more cumbersome when you hand write something. I don't think I'd bother to read a hand written photocopied Christmas newsletter slipped into a card. Unless someone is a professional calligrapher, it's just not that pretty.
