• Alicia Handy's practice focuses on a range of environmental matters, particularly in the areas of federal, state and local regulatory compliance counseling and litigation. Her recent experience has ranged from matters involving the Oil Pollution Act and the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act, to regulatory issues surrounding the use of hydraulic fracturing to extract natural gas from shale formations. She joined the firm in 2010.

  Ms. Handy's practice also includes the representation of corporate clients in connection with internal, congressional and executive agency inquiries and investigations, including investigations by the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. My mom says she has power of attorney over me now. I dont know how. I think she may have tricked me into signing something. Im almost 20yrs old and I cant even go anywhere without her following me and saying she will call the law cuz she has power of attorney and she can make me leave somewhere.
