Your name HAS officially changed... with the courthouse you registered your marriage certificate at. So it is ok to sign your married name. Just because the DMV and social security office don't HAVE the certificate yet doesnt mean its not really your name. Be sure to have the actual court papers. That's what makes it your name !
You could request for a copy of that document from the last office that you produced it at or from any office that you have dealt with like the local authority (the Council).. You can if there is enough time, either draw out another statement for your mother to sign in the presence of a solicitor 9as a witness) for a fee making it legal or. write a detailed statement with your long birth certificate attached with all signatures - mother, grandmother and addresses etc. Always save and keep copies of important document. Keep some hard copies handy and a scanned copy saved for future reference.

Try inserting form fields and protecting the document for forms. Here's how with versions of Word prior to Word 2007 (Vista):. . 1. Right-click on the menu area and select the Forms Menu from the pop-up.. 2. Click the Control Toolbox button on the Forms menu.. 3. At the point you want data entered, click the appropriate control. The textbox is usually the one you want.. 4. Repeat step 3 for all fields you want filled in.. 5. When you're done, click the Tools->Protect Document menu item.. 6. Click the Forms radio button.. 7. Give the protection a password.. 8. Click OK.. . Note that form fields will be reset to empty if form protection is turned off, then back on.. . Hope that helps.
