• Steve Trow has been the CEO of Trow & Rahal since the law firm was founded in 1993, and heads the firm's EB-5 practice.

  He has practiced immigration and nationality law since 1980, focusing his practice exclusively on this field since 1989. From 1978 to 1989 he worked in the Washington, DC office of a major New York law firm handling corporate finance and federal regulatory matters. Steve received his J.D. degree, with honors, in 1978 from Cornell Law School, where he served on the Board of Editors of the Cornell Law Review. He earned his B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado in 1975.

  Steve’s reputation within the legal community has led to selection by his peers for inclusion in several prestigious publications, including The Best Lawyers in America, the Legal Elite Readers Poll of SmartCEO magazine, Washingtonian Magazine’s “Top Lawyers,” the International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers (Corporate Immigration), and the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
