Question about letter writing?

What you want to use is called AutoText. In 2010, highlight the text you want to add to other docs. Go to the Insert tab, Text group and click on Quick Parts and select AutoText and add to gallery. It will have selected a name. Change this to something you don't frequently type such as the initials of the first few words. There can be no spaces in the name.. . When you type these letters, after the 4th letter is typed, you only have to press enter to add the text. If you have selected a name that occurs in a normal doc and you do not want it to add that text, just keep typing instead of pressing Enter.. . To get an example of how this works, start typing today's date. Type March 22 and a dialog box will open. Press Enter and the date, including the year, is entered. Word includes many of these AutoText items in the default installation.

All I want the contract to say is that they can use my pictures for their promotion and advertising needs but with my written permission on selected photos I choose. I also want it to say that they can not cut and paste my face onto another person naked body, plus all the other things that can go wrong with my photos being posted in the media (like the internet).. . You did not specify where you are but I will guess "somewhere in Allegheny Co.". That warning delivered, here is my Answer.. . The form you are looking for is technically referred to as a "Release". . Before download the freely available template for that form, . you need to "Google" the phrases "model release" and "model release contract law", . and other related terms you discover you read-up and study the information. . Be careful to verify that the information and the forms are specific to your location, . the type of "work" to are shooting, and ALL jurisdictional regulations.

One of the major liabilities you will face is misrepresentation by calling yourself a "graduate architect", or Architect in Training, Architectural Designer, Certified Designer, Licensed Designer, or anything that could lead the public to believe you are an architect practicing architecture.
