lawyer John Curtis Branch - Oklahoma City, OK Reviews

My widower father passed away, I am the executor and one of four siblings. Estate includes house(paid for), car(also paid for)and cash assets in bank accounts(ira's, checking, cd's). He has a revocable living trust which shows all of the above and all siblings are on same page as far as dividing the estate. Do I need to consult a lawyer? Or as executor with the trust and death certificate, can I take over the accounts and start executing the estate?.

The issue is that you are not understanding "separation of church and state" correctly. It was used by Thomas Jefferson in a letter to the Danbury Baptists to explain the Establishment Clause and Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment: "Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between Man & his God, that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship, that the legitimate powers of government reach actions only, & not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," thus building a wall of separation between Church & State.". . Welfare and charity are not exclusive to the Church. There are many non-governmental and non-religious organizations that do this. Just because the Church does it does not mean the government cannot. The Church says murder is wrong, so does that mean the government cannot say the same?

Z". . Upon reading this, I was unsure of whether this was standard procedure and telephoned a specialist solicitor who I could speak to briefly but they confirmed that this was highly irregular and that the executor of the will in Scotland should be the one instructing the solicitors and not the other way around.

The hospital is acting under its legal obligations.

Can anyone tell me which software is well used for web designing?

In other words, you need a lawyer. It's not a question of which of two wills controls, it's a question of whether or not EITHER is operative.
