Dos the deed need to change from unmarried to married after you get married?

Universal health would not mean the end of private health insurance or private doctors. You health insurance premium would most likely go way down due to most services being covered by universal health. I pay about $15 extra a month for services not covered by national insurance.. . Most drugs are subsidized and much cheaper than in the States. I pay about $25 a month for meds that would be over $200 in the States.. . Purrs,. The Cat Lady

Skills: Talk about skills gained while at school, in addition to qualifications and experience.

I wouldn't bother changing your names around. Olivia is a much nicer name than Alex, but that's just my opinion. I have, in the past, got bored of my name, I'm 34 now, Elle was not a well used name when I was young & I hated it. My middle name is Sara. That was a nicer (to me anyway), & more popular name at that time but I wouldn't have changed my name & I'd have only changed it back to Elle again by now. I'd assume it would be a hassle to change everything into another name. Plus, people who know you will keep going to call you Olivia but I'd stick with Olivia, much nicer. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Owner is making my family move on sudden notice after 7 years of living here?

As your sister is involved in the purchase the solicitor's advice is spot on. For example, your parents might be contributing more to the deposit, but your sister might be paying more of the mortgage. A specific trust document can reflect that. It can also specify exactly how and when one party can force the others to sell up.. . I would suggest that it is definitely necessary, and I might also suggest that your sister / parents gets an independent solicitor to check it over, just to make sure it is not too strongly worded in favour of one party. I doubt that preparing a trust document will be that much more expensive. Its not as simple as another answer suggests, because the solicitor will need to customise it to your specific requirements (thats the point!) but unless those requirements are very strange the solicitor should have an existing template that can be amended quite quickly.. . As a guide, most solicitors will draw up a will for ?100 to ?150. The planning and wording of this kind of trust document will be no more complcated (and probably a lot less) that a normal will, so this should be the upper end of the price.
