estate planning

I was made to complete a claim form for my Daughter (ESA50) on 4th June this year due to the change in the benefit system. She can't complete the forms herself as she is acutely aphasic along with numerous other health problems including having severe adhesions, nerve damage and neuropathy from an almost fatal MRSA infection that she contracted a hospital after surgery for repeated small bowel obstructions, amputation of her left hand and post surgical problems (PTSD, phantom pain, opiate induced fatigue etc).. My Daughter refused to sue the Leeds hospital involved, against my wishes, for her own reasons, and since then - since - has had excellent care. Sorry if TMI.... Despite numerous calls and 3 letters, I have had no information whatsoever regarding her claim even though all 3 of her consultants and our GP have provided written reports stating her medical history, current condition and future prognosis. . On the 12th call and establishing for the 12th time that I had the legal right to speak on behalf of my Daughter, some ignorant fool informed me that 'NO, they do not have timescales and they do not think 6 months is a long time to deal with Her claim, after all, She's getting her money still isn't she, if she is worrying about it, her mental state can't be that bad, can it' then refused to give me her name due to security reasons despite all previous staff freely giving theirs. Fortunately, I was recording the call, as I have all my previous calls to them. . Can anyone offer any advice? I'm aware I'm pushing a rock uphill with these 'people' but surely they must have some timescales or guidelines to work within, regardless whether the claimant is being paid or not. Do principles count for nothing anymore? . No doubt we'll be called in for a medical eventually, I understand I can request in advance to record it. Is it better to do that or record it covertly as forums suggest?. Thankyou so much in advance for any help and Happy New Year/Hogmanay to everyone.. Dumdenum - Thankyou so much. Yes, my Daughter is seeing a fantastic Pain management consultant who is also a consultant surgeon and consultant anaesthetist so she has performed palliative pain relieving surgery on my Daughter herself twice and has also provided evidence to the DWP that the mere suggestion of employment would be laughable if not so tragic. She has a great deal of respect for my Daughter as so many people would have/should have died or given in since. It's so sad, my Daughter studied so hard prior to illness and worked up to 60+ hours a week sometimes and loved her job. She'd love nothing more than to be able to return. It's hard for her to accept the concept of being on the 'scrap heap' at 39 without being questioned repeatedly and accused of fakery. I really appreciate your kind help, you've no idea. Happy New Year Sweetheart. ??.

Also, are there diagonals we don't normally perceive?. . Are there any three dimensional words or letters?.

how can i create an order form for a multiply website?

I want to create a fillable form that can be embedded in an email message, completed by the receiver and then sent back to me. Form completers have many different computer systems and softwares so unsure of what they all have. I am looking to make this as easy as possible for those who I am asking to complete the form. No opening attachments, and no attaching to send back to me. Is there any way I could make something like this?.

. Second Paragraph:. . The second paragraph should answer these questions:. . 1) What skills can you bring which match that within the job spec?. 2) Do you have any professional accreditation?. 3) Are you passionate about working there / why?.
