Bush fans, how do you feel now about all those unchecked powers you thought the president should have?

Legal name change must be done where you are a resident not where you were born. It is a relatively simple task to do, but I would recommend getting an attorney to do it for you. In most states you have to show you are not doing it to hide your identity (not running from the law or avoiding debt). these are the types of things the attorney can do and prove to the court that can get very involved for a layperson. I know I've changed my name. In most states it will take about 3 months to jump through the hoops.

real estate takes alot less time to make money. insurance is a career sale. it takes years to build a nook of business large enough to make the same money you can make within the first 2 years in real estate. and the market may be bad for some... good for others. it is a BUYERS market. that means good money for realtors.
