You find the answer in your appointment letter/agreement signed by you at the time of joining indicating all the details like notice period for termination/resigning security deposit etc.. . Follow it as simple as that.. . Are your Client etc are happy with you and you have not borrowed any thing from them like money, materials etc. . Take care of these aspects and have in writing that you have no liability personally or on behalf of your employer before submitting resign letter. . Good luck

Hi, they place I would like to apply for said that they wanted an email containing a cover letter outlining my interests along with my resume. What do they mean by cover letter?.

Step 1: Find a reliable painter. . Step 2: Have this painter sign a Contractor Agreement that indicates he is not your employee and is responsible for his own taxes...you can find some online and if you use Word or Excel there should be a template for it. Also, make sure that you stipulate that the contractor will not discuss price with the customers. If so, they are in breach of contract and will be sued or will not be paid for work they have performed. Something to that effect should work.. . Step 3: Have the contractor fill out a W-9 that asks for their tax id number

debt collector issue?

What's the proccess of changing your name?
