I need to write a payment plan letter to pay debt?

I need to know if this can be done, I have heard about Deed Pole, however I'm unsure as to whether this would change the name on your birth certificate or just make it easier to inform other parties.. . If there is a way to change your forename and surname could you please tell me how?. . Thank you very much in advance..

I need help on wording for a letter of reference of employment... just a few sentences about "Joe Smith" is employeed with us, and something about their position with the company. Maybe just a sentence or too of their work ethics (not really needed though.).

    1) Your attorney said this letter should be notarized?. . Unless your boyfriend is no longer in good terms with you, I don't see why he wouldn't want to notarize it. Not that you have said he doesn't to do!. . 2) A notarized letter (in my view) would be a letter written and signed by your boyfriend stating precisely the time that you were living with him and he himself having this notarized. A public notary would have to see this letter taken in by the person in question in order for him to notarize it (in some instances where a person is unable to leave a home, hospital, etc., the public notary goes over to him or her.. . 3) The letter, more or less, should state:. . I_____________, living at xxx----xxxx, in the State of xxxxx, can confirm that my girlfriend or ex-girlfrined, ______________, who at the time was not working, was living with me at xxxx------xxxx, in the State of xxxxx.. . Remember that the day, month and year that he is writing the letter in should be either at the top left or right of the letter, or at the bottom somewhere. The letter should contain his full written name as well as yours, and of course should have your boyfriend's signature, wchich of course must be done in front of a public notary.

Find a certificate template for your word processor program. Input your name and "Lifetime Experience College" for institution type. Print it out on parchment paper.

I'm doing a paper on health care being a private good or a private good with consideration to rivalry and excludability. I am wondering if the fact that hospitals can't turn away patients makes the health care not private because a private good must be excludable and rival. (not available to those who don't pay and where one person?s use diminishes other people?s use). Also how would one person's use of health service not be diminished as a public good?.
