• Attorney Joanna B. Lardin is an Associate in our Estate Planning and Trust Administration group.? In her capacity, Joanna is?responsible for drafting all types of estate planning documents, including revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, charitable remainder trusts, and charitable lead trusts.? Joanna also is responsible for providing estate and asset protection services and preparing estate tax projections and analysis.

  Joanna graduated from the University of Florida in May, 2003, the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May, 2006, and recently obtained her Masters in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in May, 2013.? Prior to joining Cushing & Dolan, she was employed as an Assistant Vice President Trust Officer II with Merrill Lynch Company in Boca Raton, Florida where she was responsible for fiduciary oversight over more than 100 trust relationships.?
