that applies to the resume also. The purpose of the resume is to get the reader to call you, not to tell your whole history. If you have computer access, it's best to tailor each resume to the description of the job as described in the opening, especially the "goals". That should match the opening as closely as your qualifications will allow. No fake info, you will be found out eventually.. . Over the years I have developed a tried and true formula for a successful business letter for any purpose. If you send me an e-mail, I will be happy to forward the sample to you.

Your legal name will be shown on the card. Additionally, when you file your tax return, if it does not match the name on your Social Security card, you will get a letter from the IRS to straighten the matter out with SSA. The W-2 forms issued by your company must match the signature on your tax forms. So you can either legally change your name to your middle name, or change your payroll records at work. Also make sure all 1099's from bank interest match your Social Security card.. . Hope this helps.

Thank you so much !!. Sorry I dont think I made it clear enough? I'll try again

    5. Be very careful of job postings on line. Many are scams. Sure, there are tons of great jobs that do show up on legitimate job sites, and even on Craigslist, but there are also a gazillion scams. Please, research job ads that you see on line very carefully to be sure that they are legit before you apply. If possible, try to find a contact method where you can reply off-line either in person or by phone. This way, you aren't giving your personal info out on-line where it can be harvested.. . 6. Of course, always dress neat and clean with combed hair when you go out job-hunting... even just to pick up an application. Spit out your gum, don't smell like smoke, shine your shoes and look civilized. Act civilized,

Dear Sir,. I am writing to you in connection with the volunteering opportunities in [city/hospital]. I read about the [hospital] volunteer development programme on the internet and I am eager to get involved. I am currently 21 and I work as an architect in Paris, though health care and medicine has definitely been my main interests for several years now. Although this working experience has been giving me the chance to combine both my two passions ? art and health ? by planning hospital projects and volunteering as a first-aid worker for the Civil Defence during my spare time, I felt I was still missing both the human contact that is an integral part of health professions and the hospital environment.. As I expect the volunteers to have to lend an attentive ear to the patients? specific needs and stories, which I find fascinating, I consider this occupation as an amazing opportunity to commit myself to patients, share time with them, ... [ Many thanks for reading! :) ].

I need to write a paper about the assessment criteria used for determining brain death, and it leads me to discuss the subject of advance directives. Is an advance directive a form that people use to designate when they wish to stop receiving care? Does this mean that, in an advance directive, an individual can express the desire to not receive further care in the event that he or she has suffered some kind of cognitive impairment, even if their brain still functions in other ways? For example, if a person is in a car accident and thereafter suffers from a severe speech impediment and mental retardation but can still eat, walk, and perform other menial tasks, can an advance directive request that treatment be withheld in such an event?. Also, what is the difference between an advance directive and euthanasia? It seems to me that refusing life-saving medical treatment is just as significant as actively taking life. Why can't euthanasia be legalized?. Can someone please explain to me, as clearly as possible, the parameters of the law as far as medical autonomy is concerned? In addition to my paper, I am genuinely intrigued by this topic and wish to know more. Thank you so much for your time!
