How do i make a resume if its my first job?
Dad died 2 years ago, mom just passed. No one could find a will before but we knew there was one. The brother who controlled the finances at that time said he couldn't find one. We just found one after mom died saying everything is to be divided equal. There were two executors on the will. The brother who controlled the finances at time of death was put on checkbook several years ago and also as survivor rights on house when folks moved into independent/assisted living. 7 months later they had to move into secure Alzheimer's unit. We just recently found out what has happened with folks finances. This brother had mom and dad sign medical and financial POA 2 weeks before dad died. His name only was down as POA and he did not notify any of the family about any of the dealings. (Dad had been wasting away after several strokes and Mom had alzheimer?s) More than a year before mom died he changed the house deed to his name and took moms name off completely. He has put all $ into an irrevocable trust with only himself as trustee. The other executor in the will has never been contacted about any of these things. How can such scheming be legal? Is there anything that can be done about this situation?. The problem is that brother #1 who took over as POA, put everything in HIS name only. He alone is on the irrevocable trust acct. He has declared himself sole owner and recipient of parents estate. He has disowned the rest of the family and wants no contact. Brother #2 was listed as first executor...does the order make any difference? Another question I had is how can he change the house deed before Mom passed away. He had 'right of survivorship', yet more than a year before Mom died, he changed the deed into his name alone. I was under the impression that a POA acted as a trustworthy delegate of the person/persons and that though they have the ability to take care of financial matters, they can not turn that into a self gratifying position...such as maneuvering accounts into their name only. This situation has totally shocked the rest of us..
i want to work in mcdonalds what should i write in the cover letter?.
I'm seriously considering going into real estate and I was just hoping anyone could give me any advice for the career. I know it can be competitive and you have to be very self motivated but if anyone has any advice what so ever it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :).
What is your opinion on global warming?
My grandmother has dementia that is starting to progress, she is still aware of what she is doing and realizes her condition is worsening and that my aunt would like Medical Power of Attorney over her . Does a lawyer need to be involved or can a notary public take care of it. Also, what about Power of Attorney would that be better instead? Can you make medical decisions with that and can that be taken care of by notary public? This would be in the state of Texas..
