Only the parts they cherry pick ... because it's not like "the word of God is perfect" ... haha!!. . I could be a christian but my mom sent me to school ... knowledge always drives you away from mythology

. this is the first time i have ever been through something like this . So i need to find the correct legal form to address this issue and put everything into writing for myself and the office . sorry this is so long but i could REALLY use the help - so please , if you could , help me !!.

The HIPAA laws in the USA, has made it difficult for even family members to have access to any information on the patient. It used to be you could call the hospital and speak to the nurse and find out if a love one was doing good...now you cannot, because they don't know who you are for sure and they won't even tell you if they are okay, fine, or even alive. This is hard on relatives that live far away from where their loved ones are admitted.

Changing my name after a divorce- Missouri?

What Is a good movie?

you will need to take your marriage certificate to the social security office and get a new ss card, then you can go to the DMV and get a new license....it's really just a matter of changing your name on all your ID's and other "paperwork" (credit cards, insurance cards, etc)
