  Peter concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, business-related matters, and real estate law.? Peter is a graduate of the University of Montana School of Law.? While at U of M, he served as Co-Editor-In-Chief of the Montana Law Review.? Also while in law school, he spent two summers working for Edwards, Frickle & Culver in Billings, MT where he assisted with cases involving toxic torts, personal injury, commercial disputes, and employment claims.? During his third year of law school, he interned for the Federal Defenders of Montana.??????????? Prior to joining Garlington, Lohn & Robinson, Peter spent two years working for a law firm located in Chattanooga, TN.? During that time, he worked in the areas of commercial law, real estate law, and municipal law.??Peter has authored numerous briefs at the trial and appellate levels, and he has written petitions for certiorari in the U.S. Supreme Court.? He has also given oral arguments before a state appeals court.?? Before turning his attention to law, Peter taught Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese at the University of Tennessee.? He has worked, studied, and performed volunteer work throughout Latin America.? Additionally, he taught English to business executives in Madrid, Spain.Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying Western Montana's many recreational opportunities.? He and his wife, Alicia, are the proud parents of a two-year-old daughter and are looking forward to the arrival of their second child.? ????
