I have a question for any HR or other hiring personnel. How important is a cover letter when applying for a job. Im applying mostly online and mostly in the finance field. I want to know how much time I should invest in writing cover letters or if I should even write them..

im not sure if i should change my surname . ok my mum & dad have been previously married . they are not married . my dad has an embrrasing surname (PRATT) my mum was (SIM) before she got married to her EX HUSBAND and his surname was HEARN . my mum (HEARN) got with my dad but he decided to be (HEARN) too when i was born so that all of us could look like we were all (HEARN).. so i have 2 sisters and one brother whos dad is my mums ex husband they are hearn but i dont think i should be carrying that surname on as i now have kids and dont want to be tracked back to my mums ex hubands side but also dont want pratt my dads. arrrgghhh what should i do if u can make sense of this. should i change it or not.

A Power of Attorney is a legal document in which you give another person legal authority to act for you. The Power of Attorney can cover simple tasks like writing or endorsing checks. It can also involve more complex matters like selling a piece of land.

    What are database forms?

So, basically, not " ?" or anything like that in note form, but like D#, Bb, A, G, etc..

Usually such documents are provided by the school you are attending. If you are homeschooled (which is a type of "real school"), that means that your parents would supply such documents. They'd sit at the computer and type up a certificate (most computers will have template forms of these in their word processing program to make it easy to do) with your name, the grade level passed, the date, perhaps a name for your homeschool, and their signatures. This should do for most purposes.. . For some purposes, they might need to take it to a notary public and get it officially stamped, just to make it seem more official....
