employment

I am currently in the process of selling an apartment I have abroad, I have been told that I need a letter of no objection from my children as it is their inheritance. Any information about what it is would be helpful and possibly a template for the letter..

If the living trust amendment was drawn up by a lawyer, that lawyer should have a copy of the original.. . A living trust can be registered at the courthouse, but it doesn't have to be. You might go down to the courthouse and talk with them there. If their records are all computerized, it might be easy to locate a copy of it using a computer search.

my husband, too, can not attend the closing. My realtor said we could get power of attorney. i will talk to her later about it, but how does that work? Thanks!. Oh, and we are the buyers. Thanks!.

You're confusing "power of attorney" with BEING an attorney, assuming Danielle is NOT an attorney.. . I would recommend consulting a lawyer on this, for your state.. . If the car in question is in your name as well, however, then the POA wouldn't be required.

Anyone know of any web form database software?

What is the procedure FTMs have to go through when getting their names changed?
