ok let me explain this. an 86 year old man is deceived and dragged into living in a nursing home, that was apparently the only way to get him in there, because, well he wasn't sick, but the person who had a power of attourney over him decided to lie and tell him they were going to bring him to a doctors appointment but he ended up at a nursing home. he was there for 5 months, without his spouse, who suffered from a prety bad fall earlier this year. She is doing better now well.. the man was away in this nursing home and the spouse still living at home getting personal care. the man died in the funeral home. ok the first thing that happens from what i was told is that while the spouse was away from the home the person who has POA over the man, went to their house and started digging through their belongings to take things she (and her spouse) wanted and just randomly go through their stuff.. . see i'm not even sure why she had a POA over the guy anyways. but does this sound right or fair and how would you approach it?. no i don't need any of their property... this man that is deceased now is my boyfriends grandfather, and the person who had gotten POA is his uncle's spouse. yeah... i meant to say he was taken to a senior's home. he died later after being there for 5 months..

My question is, do all letters require signatures now a days? I thought they did, but like I said I dont see a suggestion for that in the Microsoft Office Word templates. Where would the signature line in a professional letter go anyway? Im guessing under the typed name and title. Im guessing it would go a little something like this:.
