What's the procedure for doing this?.

    1) Do not use the same word repeatedly in a sentence (eg: using words such as "and" or "I" repeatedly without commas or full stops.). 2) Try to make your point clearly, and do not flit back and forth (Do not state something, move on from it, and return to the subject further down the letter, as is commonly done in conversation). This gets confusing for the reader to take in efficiently.. 3) Use lots of describing words. These can eliminate the need for whole sentences sometimes. (eg: Instead of saying something such as "I feel like everywhere I turn I am trapped somewhere small and it makes me feel really anxious".... you could just say "I feel really claustrophobic".. 4) Check, check, and check again when finished! Check spelling, punctuation and grammar.

You can change your name as part of your naturalization if a court in your area conducts naturalization oath ceremonies. Otherwise no name change can be recorded on your Certificate of Naturalization unless you already changed your name legally (such as by marriage) before completing the naturalization process.
