  • Welcome to Chuck Franklin Law! We strive to provide personalized legal representation geared toward your particular case. One issue that the average legal client has is lack of communication with their attorney. Here at Chuck Franklin Law, we keep the lines of communication open between you, the client, and either Chuck Franklin or Colby Kanouse, the only two attorneys here. We are selective in our representation of our clients in order that you feel comfortable throughout your legal experience. We want to feel as comfortable with you, as you are with us.

Every one of our clients is given either Chuck or Colby's cell phone number in case he or she has a question or an emergency. Instead of having to leave a message at the office, which in most law firms goes unreturned for days or weeks. You can reach both Chuck and Colby directly. In many instances, if a message is left, you will get a return phone call within minutes.

Chuck and Colby's paralegal, Missy Malone, has been working here for 17 years and is a great resource for non-legal advice questions, as well as litigation support for all of the Personal Injury/Accident cases. Missy has extensive experience in case trial preparation, and finding her way around the Federal, State and City Court systems to get things done efficiently and expeditiously.

We have represented over 8,000 clients since 1987. This firm was started with the goal in mind: to not be like other law firms with the traditional stuffiness, and "Country Club" attitude of many lawyers. Chuck, Colby, and all of our staff are down to earth, easy to communicate with, honest, and work aggressively toward your legal goals, while making you feel as comfortable as possible to get you through your legal problems. If you have a problem with the way things are being done, we want to hear about it immediately, not when things are finished. Our fees are reasonable, and typically well below other firms Flat Fees, considering Chuck's trial experience in both Civil and Criminal Defense area

DMV Name change in CA!?!?

How much minimum budget is required. How many minimum people group is needed. . thanks for your response.

What are some tips for applications? I've filled out about 20 over the past two months, but none have been hiring/contacting. The jobs are all retail so far, I'm just looking for a part-time job while attending college.. . Things on the application that I'm curious about are the Name, references, and skills fields, also whether or not to include a resume.. . Name: Do I capitalize all letters? To me it looks a little childish, but I'd like to hear some opinions.. . References: I only have a couple that I would consider as references. I've had one job, and I worked alone. My supervisor was rarely there, but there were other people in a different part of the place that I talked to sometimes.. . Skills: Obviously I'd list skills that would look good for the job I'm applying for, but what are some to avoid or include?. . Resume: Do jobs like these really want resumes? I went into a GameStop and the person working there told me resumes help. I was a little surprised, I didn't expect part-time jobs that aren't really careers to ask for resumes. I'm 19, I graduated high school, and now just attending college, so there's nothing mind-blowing that I can really put on a resume..

i want to change my last name from my fathers to my mothers maiden name. how difficult and likely is this?. me and my dad don't get along. why? he is a criminal and has physically abused my mom my sister and i. i no longer want to have any part of him..

I mean hand written letters, not emails or messages.. . Do they have any special meaning to you?. . What else can you tell me?.
