lawyer Gabriel J Hermann - Tarrytown, NY Reviews

I am working as a temporary employee for a consulting firm. The contract was supposed to be 3 months long, but now it has extended to 4. The problem is that the consulting firm wants me to take unpaid weeks off in the middle of the contract so that I can still be there to wrap things up at the end. I believe that they have an obligation to pay me for time that they are effectively locking up, as the short, intermittent, and unplanned nature of the breaks keep me from earning money from anyone else during those periods.. . Do I have a legal leg to stand on? This is in the State of Washington.. Well, it wasn't really an offer as much as an order. The contract wasn't reset at any one point, it's just started to unravel, and the consulting company just announces that I will not be doing paid work that week. There was no "offer" to accept or reject. Does your answer still stand?.

So my boyfriend recently went to washington dc to get his passport and he stayed with a friend there.... I seen a check in on facebook that his friend tagged him in but less then 30 mins it was completley gone. so i thought that was weird almost like he was hiding it. well i called him the next day and asked him what he did. he said i went to this resturant. ... well smart me rembered the name of this place. and yes it was a resturant but on thrusday nights it turns into a club. ...so i just said okay. .. since hes been back our relationship has been off it was off before but it just seemed like even more. ... i have had a strong feeling that he cheated on me while he was there. gosh it kills me inside to think of him with another women, but lets face reality. so anyway tongiht i decided to look up the club and sure enough pictures of my boyfriend in a diffrent state in the middle of a club rave lmao. .. I wish the pictures had more evidence but you can tell he was dancing with a couple girls hands up in the air and all?... some of you may think im crazy to be mad at him for dancing but the way i see a relationship is if two people are commited theres no reason to have your junk on someone eleses junk i mean that just leads to more things, and ive had relationships like that before. but me and my current boyfriend knew that was off limits. What hurts is the fact that he just didnt say yea we had fun it was this resturant club we danced a little. I might have been upset or whatever but i would have respected him so much more. ... now alls i can imagine is what i didnt see on camera that went on at his friends house. this really breaks my heart to see my man all up on another women. ... I prob did the worst thing possible but i copied the link to the pictures and sent them in a message to his facebook im sure he will get the hint. but i guess it was better then calling him and cursing him out. ... am i over reacting?... or am i right to think he might have cheaated on me if he lied about that? .. and did i go about this the wrong way?.. please i dont know if i should end it with him.... its gonna be hard for me to trust him now. damnn.... :(.

Can someone please provide me a simple cover letter template!?

What?s the best way to avoid death duties on family estate ?

Your first avenue is to seek legal guidance relative to that 'power of attorney'. If your late grandmother signed it and it is valid, you cannot do anything about it. I am guessing that your grandmother trusted your father to carry out her wishes. If she did document such wishes legally, then your father can do as he desires, as legal power of attorney.. . If you cannot prove that this 'power of attorney' is somehow false and illegal, you will be reduced to your father's decisions on what to do with the property.

neat things like that? I want one with the most variety or personalized things I can make..
