I need to make an awesome cover letter i am applying for the job of a trainee administrator at hiway1 please make me a good cover letter for the 10 points

The special power of attorney with "specific acts" you want to be executed for the person in India on your behalf can be clearly mentioned along with details of both the executor and the attorney, I will not recommend general power of attorney just to safe guard your interest least it may be infringed by your attorney as it happens in most cases.. This power of attorney can be drafted here in India & sent you as mail attachment. The print out the same on plan white sheet can be obtained by you, put your signature on it along with one or two witnesses with their details.. This power of attorney than can be either attested by the Indian Consulate/Embassy if this is being executed by Indian Citizen otherwise this can also be attested by the Notary Public with the proper Stamp and registration number.. The power attorney can be sent to the person through courier post, while its copy retained by you for future reference. You can also sent specific proof of your photo identity along with the power attorney such as dully attested copy of your Passport. You can even affix the photograph of both yourself the executor as well the attorney on the top of the power of attorney which can also hold the attestation Stamp of the Notary Public.

I want to start a business and i need websites that can help me darft a business plan for my self. Where can i get a comprehensive business plan template which i can use.

We are both still married to our ex's (but divorcing slowly) and therefore want to write a will to protect our property from automatically going to our spouses in the event of either of us dying.. . I have 2 children from a previous relationship and together we have a baby on the way. He has no previous children.. . Obviously in the event of my death then the kids would go back to live with their dad and the baby will stay with my boyfriend but what would happen to my estate? Do I leave my share of the property to my boyfriend only in the event of my death on the understanding that he would eventually leave it to all 3 children or do I leave it to the children as well on the proviso that they let him live there until he dies or it is sold and split if he re-marries or wants to move someone else in?.

A few years ago, I changed my daughters last name. I re-married, and she wanted to have the same name as me, her new Daddy and step-sister. (Her real Dad died when she was 3, and she was 8 when I re-married). . I went to the court house and got the paper work. I had to pay about $200 to get this done. I had to fill out the paperwork, file it with the court house and post it in the local paper. If her father was still alive I would of had to mail him a form stating what my intentions were. The reason for the newspaper and sending him the form is to give someone (in my case her grandparents on her dad's side) a chance to fight the name change. The piece in the paper went into the public notice page, and if they wanted to fight me they would have had to contact the court house. (I also had to pay to put this in the paper), after a waiting period, we had a court date, the judge asked me and my daughter if this is what we wanted, and asked if anyone disagreed (no one did) (and it was also closed court, no public, just us and anyone who would of wanted to fight me) he granted permission, I signed the papers, and the only other things I had to do was to put her name change in the paper again, get copies made of the courts paper work, and mail a name change into social security and also get her name changed on her birth certificate. Then once I got all that done I changed her name on her school forms, and at her doctors office.
