healthcare proxy, HIPAA, and medical help needed?

thanks.

My spouse and I need to be at the titling office when we close. However my spouse is out of the state for work on the closing dates. They said we need a Power Of Attorney.

This is not making sense to you because you think that this is a job you can apply for. It is a job that requires a license, the owner hires a real estate broker if they need a manager.

Generally such a letter would take the style of an informal letter, but business style would not be out of order if it is to be a "formal" letter. I can provide you with a sample informal letter from an old high school text book:

Is it obligatory to change surname after marriage?. Hi, is it obligatory in the uk to change surname after getting married?. How significant is this to uk men? (the wife getting their surname). thanks a lot.
