• Jane Freeman joined the firm in October 1999.? She holds a B.A. (1972, cum laude, in American History) from Goucher College and a J.D. (1976) from the University of Connecticut Law School.? She is admitted to practice in the Connecticut state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.Jane is the chair of the firm's Land Use Practice Group. She represents developers and community groups and regularly appears before municipal land use boards on planning, zoning and wetlands applications.? She also serves as legal counsel in trials and appeals relating to these issues.?
