• Aubrey O. Dicus, Jr. is a senior shareholder of Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & Wein, P.A. Mr. Dicus has over 30 years of litigation experience.

  Upon graduation from Emory University with a degree in Economics, Mr. Dicus attended Stetson Law School from 1971-1974. He joined partners Anthony S. Battaglia and Howard P. Ross in 1974. He is presently a member of the Executive Committee.

His personal injury practice involved automobile accident cases, products liability and significant medical malpractice claims.   Mr. Dicus is highly respected in his legal community and has served its local Bar in several capacities. Mr. Dicus is a past President of The St. Petersburg Bar Association. He has been President of the Pinellas County Criminal Defense Lawyers' Association. He served as a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Dicus was selected and served as Master of the Bench with the American Inns of Court Foundation, Pinellas County, Chapter. He has served on the Stetson Law School Advisory Council and as President of the Stetson Lawyers Association. Aubrey has been awarded the 2007 Stetson President's Award.

  He is an active member in the Tampa Bay community and has served in the Chamber of Commerce.
