OK so I'm learning HTML ...and would like to learn how to create a HTML news letter ....you know the type of news HTML news letter when you open the email your can see the full news letter with links and pictures and its not just a attachment its like looking at a web page in your email box well i do hope that makes sense hope anyone can help with this.

go to your local book store and you should be able to find a Landlording book. This will walk you all through all the processes. Try to find one with a CD that you can put in the computer and it will provide you with many different forms that you can use. You might want to adjust them slightly or just make your own as a template. good job being involved at such a young age it will serve you well. keep at it.

I can understand what you're trying to do though and there is a way to do it. The best way to do this would be to create a separate form and set it to use Datasheet view. Then you can program the On Click or On Dbl Click event to open your other form using the selected record as part of the WHERE clause that'll filter the other form based on your selection.. . That should get you started in the right direction.

Letters of Reccomendation are gold in the world of HR. I have started a portfolio with samples of work, my degree, and my resume, and I have a section just for letters of reccomendation. Since HR people are sometimes lazy about reading the letter all the way, highlight ANY words that describe you " ___ was DEDICATED, PROFESSIONAL, and she/he REALLY BUILT OUR SALES TEAM". You get the idea.. highlight the words that show you took action! You want to use a yellow highlighter on the ones you put in your portfolio.. . Usually, unless they ask you for references or letters of reccomendation, bring your portfolio with them to an interview.

i was thinking about...dear sirs and your sincerelky...any other suggestions? thank u.
