    You might click on my profile and do some reading in the links I've provided. You might also read in the last link listed to a free credit discussion board, first in the newbie forum and then in the credit forum. On that board you can find the collecting SOL for your state, sample letter templates to use to request validation/verification, sample FTC, BBB, etc. complaint templates (all of the info is free to use) You can also freely ask any questions you may have in the credit forum.

    I just received an e-mail telling me of a position that I had been offered. It also had documents that I needed to fill out. I filled those out, but it also mentioned that I would have to send in some paperwork, and have it notarized by a notary republic. Exactly what do I have to have notarized and sent to them? And how long do I have to send it? (Considering it's Friday, could I send it Monday? Or is there a time limit?).

    No. My father notorized a POA form in GA and mailed it to me in NC. But the form had to be specific for what I had power of attorney to sign.

    * the heading. . * the date. . * the opening. . * the body. . * the closing.

    On the divorce papers, it specifically says that both beneficiary rights and pension rights are "extinguished", and that for personal property, "each person is awarded property in their possession."
