The concrete jungle of language. . Write the entire letter from the reader's point of view. Ask yourself. "what's in it for the reader" and then compose your letter. Your reader will be pleasantly surprised if in your letter you make it a point to answer any questions or objections he might have.

How do you give somebody guardianship over your child?

which is the website for downloading free web templates....especially for a college website...?

I need an email service that will enable me to send unlimited number of emails on daily basis.. I am writing a program that users use to create files. Those files need to be submitted to a website. However, I wanted to make things easy for my users, so I tried to incorporate that into my program. People will send an email to my designated account, and I will go trought them and publish them as they arrive. One issue I have with this way of doing it is a email-per-day-sent cap. for example, Gmaill caps out at 500.. . Also, all the emails will be sent to the same address, so maybe some services have a cap, but sending multiple emails to the same address doesn't add to the count. I tried looking for it myself, but that peice of information is hard to get by for each email service.... Okay, maybe not unlimited, but as high as possible while being free....

You'll want both a power of attorney and an advanced directive. Links for the uniform statutory power of attorney and advance directive for CA are given below. These are the forms provided by CA law. I would suggest having an attorney review them, but honestly they're not complicated.
