The Old Testament is what the Lord calls the book of the law. People that tell you Christ fulfilled the Old testament have not read to confirm what they preach because the Old Testament tells of the return of Jesus and the end of the world as we know it and we know that has not happpened. What Christ did was fulfill everything that was written for him to do while he was in the flesh but he has not fulfilled everything that must be done now that he is in his God form again. The biggest mistake the so called "Christian" religion makes is thinking that the New testament replaces the Old testament. The New is a testimony of the Old that confirms everything that was previously written. Christ told us that he comes in the volume of the book and that if we searched the scripture(Genesis to Malachi)that we will see that everyone testifies of him but Christians don't want to submit to his law or follow the old book while so called Jews don't want to recognize the name Jesus due to their refusal to accept the fact that God wants to save everyone and not just them.. . Not clear why you would want to do this. You either have a business that wants to get this matter settled, or you have one that wants you take them to court. Writing a threatening letter is not likely to change them from one to the other.. . Why not simply explain the problem to them (again and again if necessary) and why you think they need to fix something. If they don't understand, try writing to an executive. If that doesn't work, try writing to their attorney, again, simply explaining and not threatening.

This is an excellent time to get into the broker market. When times are bad is when most wealth is accumulated. Even if you would have to put your broker license on hold or be a one man office for awhile it is worth it now.. . Once you get your broker license make sure you attend as many marketing seminars or classes you are able to attend. Real estate is a marketing nightmare for those that are floundering. If you do the marketing right with a good plan and tweak it when necessary you would be in an excellent shape to weather any storm.. . There is a reason and they have mastered the art of continued clients in all real estate climates.. . The thing that set them apart is their marketing plan and the ability to stick with it. I am looking to hire someone to do a job for my small business.. He will work his own hours at his own location, gets paid on a per job basis, and offers the same service to the public as he will perform for me. There is a form I can file with the IRS to officially decide this, but this takes 6 months this is too long. I also have an agreement contract that we will both sign to agree that he will work as an independant contractor.. The only problem is that the majority of his business will come from me and what he does will make up a lot of my earnings. I am a small part time business (less than 5,000 a year earnings currently) and I do not have the resources to pay for someone to calculate and deal with his formal W2 (from what I understand this costs several thousand per employee at companies like paychex, this is more than he will probably earn). Whats my best course of action?.

Ever since i was a little kid I've always wanted to my husband to take my last name. Well now im grown and engaged but my husband is in the Navy, and I'm not sure he would be up to the idea anyway. However he is also aware of how attached I am to my name. So my question is can i take his last name as my middle name and continue using my maiden name? Or is it possible for him to change his middle/last name to my maiden name?. @love life -- I told him and asked him to think about it and tell me what he thought, and then we would decide. I'm just looking for some ideas here.
